Following the already stated D.P.R. of the 16/12/1982 regarding the initiative of the Comunità Montana of the Monregalesi Valleys and in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo, on the 31/05/1984 the producers of Raschera cheese constituted the 'Consortium for the protection of RASCHERA cheese' with its office in Vicoforte at the COMUNITA' MONTANA DELLE VALLI MONREGALESI.

Amongst the objectives of the Consortium, one of the most important is the guarantee given to the consumers regarding the genuineness of the product ensuring artisan production and the safety of the hallmark which states that it is genuine Raschera and not an imitation. @To contact us
